Supplier Code of Conduct

This Supplier Code of Conduct reflects minimum expectations for suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and their subcontractors (collectively, “Suppliers”) that provide goods or services to Pro2 Solutions.  

1. Treat Workers Fairly and Uphold Labor Rights

Suppliers must respect human rights and provide fair, safe, and respectful working conditions. 

• Provide fair and competitive compensation that meets or exceeds applicable legal requirements related to wages, working hours, benefits, and equal pay for equal work. 

• Provide equal employment opportunities. Discrimination or harassment is prohibited on any status protected by law. 

• Provide a safe and healthy workplace free from intimidation, violence, bullying, and abuse of any kind. 

2. Operate Sustainably and Minimize Environmental Impact

Suppliers should understand and actively manage the environmental impacts of their operations, products, and services. 

• Comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations. 

• Implement waste reduction strategies and promote recycling and the use of reusable materials in operations. 

• Where feasible, reduce environmental impacts related to packaging, transportation, and emissions. 

3. Conduct Business Ethically, Free from Fraud and Corruption

Suppliers must conduct business professionally, fairly, and with integrity. 

• Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to anti-trust and fair trade, anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, tax, privacy and information security. 

• Prohibit bribery, corruption, kickbacks, and any improper payments intended to influence business decisions. 

• Disclose actual or potential conflicts of interest. 

• Maintain accurate and complete business records.
